I have been studying with Brother Mahmood for over a year now. Compared to other recent Quran teachers that I've had, I have progressed the most under Brother Mahmood's tutelage. My pronunciation and tajweed have steadily improved, and I am more confident as I recite on my own now. Brother Mahmood is patient and innovative in his approach to help me become a better recite of the Quran. May Allah bless him and his efforts always.
My name is Zaheen and I wanna be explaining why my teacher is the best in the world, my teacher is an excellent teacher, I started all the way from the Arabic alphabet, my teacher had to be a little strict because I needed to reach the advanced level, my teacher helped me advance so I believe we should study and never give up.
I personally think my ustad is a very great teacher and that way he teaches is in an understandable way, like say for example if you were to ask him a rule of Tajweed he'd say it in a very detailed way and he is so kind. :D He makes me feel that I'm part of his family.
More than two years and a half with the academy. My son and I have learned considerably over that period. I've been doing advanced Tajweed lessons and Arabic language grammar. The teachers are really good, their communication in English and their connection with kids is very good as well. I can vouch for them in the UK. Kids and parents will benefit from their sessions as well insha'Allah.
We used to do memorization, revision, and recitation. My favorite memories with my teacher are when I finished reciting the whole Quran with him, it was something that I waited for. We were like friends more than he was a teacher to me. He was really nice. Thank you for all.
